We shall investigate the possibility (or not) of eternal inflation in various brane inflationary scenarios. Special attention will be paid to KKLMMT and DBI scenarios. In certain cases, string theory provides strong constraints on the possibility of eternal inflation of the random walk type. We shall mention new subtleties/problems that arise in the analysis of eternal inflation due to brane dynamics.
